If you’ve paid for a workshop and can no longer attend it please email info@clowngym.com to tell us as soon as you can.
There is a $25 non-refundable administrative fee for each intensive (more than three hours of studio time). And a $10 non-refundable administrative fee for shorter workshops (three hours and less).
A full refund (minus the administrative fee) will be returned to you if you cancel more than one week before the registered workshop.
Refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis within a week of the workshop. If your spot can be filled, you will receive a refund (minus the administrative fee). Please stay in touch so we can try to get someone off the waitlist: info@clowngym.com.
No refunds will be given within 24 hours of the workshop. Clown Gym does not offer credit for missing a workshop.
