If you’ve paid for a workshop and can no longer attend it please email info@clowngym.com to tell us as soon as you can.
There is a $25 non-refundable administrative fee for each intensive (more than three hours of studio time). And a $10 non-refundable administrative fee for shorter workshops (three hours and less).
A full refund (minus the administrative fee) will be returned to you if you cancel more than one week before the registered workshop.
Refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis within a week of the workshop. If your spot can be filled, you will receive the refund (minus the administrative fee).
No refunds will be given within 24 hours of the workshop, although emergencies will be considered. We appreciate you staying in touch. info@clowngym.com
